Our Kurusan Kickboxing Class focuses on technique, strength, and cardio. As you move through the workout, you will become a skilled fighter, strengthen your muscles, burn calories, and gain stamina. This training will give you the confidence in your own ability to fight and defend yourself.

Our Kurusan Base Class focuses on the fundamental self-defense skills and progressively builds to more intricate techniques and strategies where we address real life, off-the-mat-scenarios. You'll learn everything you need to know to protect yourself in a fight against a bigger, stronger, and faster opponent.
Our Kurusan Master Class is all about integration and flow. We build upon all of the fundamental techniques and strategies you've learned in our Base Class and prepare you for anything you may have to face with better confidence and higher level skills.
Our Kurusan Kids Class is focused on helping our yonger students slow down and carefully choose an effective response instead of being impulsive. Our goal is to make our kids feel secure and confident while challenging their evolving skills.

Our Kurusan Mixed Martial Arts Class involves the implementation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing. The main goal during our MMA class is to teach our students the skills and techniques that will allow them to be confident and successful in a scenario that involves both standing and ground fighting.
